Shipping
At the moment, we are shipping to Switzerland, Liechtenstein and EU countries (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden).
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order has been placed. The estimated delivery time for standard shipping in Switzerland is 2-4 business days after the order has been shipped. For EU countries, the estimated delivery time is 4-7 business days after the order has been shipped.
Shipping is handled by Swiss Post AG, and they will provide you with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. To track your order, we recommend setting up a login at Swiss Post AG using the following link: https://account.post.ch/registration/?login. Once you have set up a login, you will be able to track the status of your delivery and access other options such as alternative delivery options.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and during peak holiday periods.
Please note that certain countries impose duties or taxes on packages imported from Switzerland that exceed a specified value. Should your order surpass this threshold, you may be required to pay a duty fee upon receipt. We strongly advise verifying your country's tax regulations prior to placing your order, as Urban Society Studio cannot assume responsibility for any incurred tax or customs duty payments.

Hi, I'm Müge, founder of Urban Society Interiors.
My passion for interiors has always been rooted in the belief that our homes should be both beautiful and deeply personal. Spaces have the power to influence how we feel, live, and connect with the people around us.
In 2023, I founded Urban Society Studio, a home décor brand focused on thoughtfully curated pieces crafted from natural materials. Through building the brand, sourcing products, and styling spaces, I developed a deeper appreciation for the role design plays in everyday life.
Today, I'm expanding that passion through Urban Society Interiors, where I help clients create warm, timeless, and intentional spaces tailored to their lifestyle. Alongside running my business, I am currently pursuing formal studies in interior design, combining education with hands-on experience to continuously refine my approach.
